I tried baking sourdough bread in the beginning of the pandemic had a little luck but once yeast got back in the stores it was over. Beautiful loaf!

Yas! It’s a lengthy process for sure. You should look into poolish doughs. It’s like a sourdough levain but made with yeast. Adds TONS of flavor to your dough.
