That's a tough one... sometimes it feels so dark you can't even see the next day let alone 5 years...but I think I'll try this and see if it works can't hurt!

I hear you. It can help if you also look back 5 years or so at a challenge you faced and see what you learned and how you grew from that. It can give you confidence and the understanding that everything contributes to your development as a human.
