Kymeta to replace Starlink in Ukraine. Pentagon setting up deal & other NATO countries will join.
Kymeta calls elon musk's Ukraine actions ‘egregious’, 'there’s blood on his hands for that'.

This story is being overhyped. I do really wish there was an alternative to Starlink, but Kymeta's solutions don't even come close. Their uplink speeds are 2Mb/s, downlink are 5Mb/s compared to Starlink's 20-100Mb/s for standard internet customers (and twice that for business customers.)

At least we're recognizing the problem with what Musk is doing and are looking at alternatives. That's what I take from this.

Yeah well Starlink might be faster and have all the bells and whistles BUT it’s owner is a compromised traitor.

Thanks for your reply. Is there any other good option available?

There aren't really any good alternatives to Starlink in operation at the moment. Given SpaceX's recently announced Starshield service (a militarized solution that uses the Starlink), I think the restrictions on Starlink are simply a ploy to extort the US DoD and other governments for more $$$
