I need some resume help. Whe a customer in my current workplace is causing a scene, I am always the one to deal with it, as it scares everyone else. I do it in a calm manner and have been rather good at it. I need to describe this skill in a short sentence for the resume. Plz help

My first thought is proficient at deescalating tense customer interactions. Hopefully that's a good jumping off point.
