This is crazypants. Hernandez did an OUTSTANDING job defending Rehl. Bad idea for Rehl to take the stand, but it was probably his idea.

Then Rehl FIRED Hernandez after he already lost his case, to hire Norman Pattis, a bad, quasi-suspended lawyer repping other PBs. What?!?

Oh, that's a brilliant move. I believe the reason Pattis is in trouble in Connecticut is the defamation proceeding on Alex Jones. He sent the attorneys for the Sandy Hook parents HIPAA-protected information when he was only supposed to be sending selected cell phone texts.

That's what I don't get. Hernandez did great. I hated her. Pattis is about to not-be a lawyer. Why do this?

I could never explain why anybody would choose to be represented by Pattis. I listen to a podcast called Knowledge Fight that's basically a liberal deconstruction of AJ's show, I've heard Pattis on there. Maybe Alex suggested him - he's pretty good buds with some of the insurrectionists.
