I wish I understood what this meant! Does anyone have the time or patience to explain?

It means someone posted something that got more comments than likes and echos put together. This particular case a woman was unnecessarily snarky on Twitter and then came here and acted like a victim. People caught it and said so and ‘ratio’ed her.

A ratio means that there are way more comments/replies than likes. It basically shows most people didn't like the original post and are pushing back on it.
