Yes, I promise. A lot of people are just waiting for the apps. Not only will more people use the platform, but they will be more active. Ever since I installed the app on my personal phone, I check in significantly more often because of notifications.

I'm hoping that we can customize the app so that we can see/like/quote Spouts from people we follow faster. That would be so much easier than having to open the site to interact with folks.

Checking in for updates and breaking news on my phone is a habit of mine, and now that I am here I would rather check in on Spoutible than the bird app.

I used to work with the public in tech support, and I think the important thing is a large number of people rarely use their mobile browser for much and are entirely app focused. This will help bring them on board.
