#Twitter works on an algorithm. The more likes, the more a tweet is promoted.

#Spoutible does NOT work on an algorithm. Liking a #spout lets the spouter know you liked the spout. In order for that spout to be seen by more people, #echo the spout.

Truly stupid question but would/could an algorithm be helpful/useful here, assuming it's in keeping with Spoutible principles? I think I saw someone on here with an upcoming book on algorithms, I should probably go read it 🙂

Many of us think that, on Twitter large accounts get undue interaction while small accounts get too little attention.
