When states let anyone buy a gun, no registration needed, younger ages allowed and all can openly carry, this is bound to happen. There is no space in the decision they make. They're holding the guns and b4 you know it, a wrong decision is made.

Sadly, so long as the Republicans (and a few Democrats) are so thoroughly owned by the #NRA , it isn't going to change.

In the same period in Scotland we have had exactly zero school shootings. We had one in 1996 and immediately changed the law. We don't feel that our rights are violated by not having access to guns, but we do feel safe in the knowledge that our kids will come home safely. There is no need for guns.

This is an unpopular opinion, but I still believe it to be true.

We are a society that builds self worth off of the depreciation of others.

We hate others, to love ourselves. As long as the hatred continues, so will the violence. Shootings will become bombings, and worse.

Yes, I think they did drop because people weren’t comgregating. But then there were a lot after lockdown ended.

as a guy who grew up with guns and shooting in competitions, still owns guns, and supports the 2nd amendment, I 100% agree. There is no need for assault rifles.
