If they do, they should resign.

And if they don’t resign, they must be impeached.

If the Democratic party was going to impeach justices they should have done it when they had the majority in both houses of Congress. Anything now is just political theater.

They did not have enough votes in the Senate to do so, plus none of these recent revelations were known until after the Rs won back the house.
