The Supreme Court just ruled that at least some federal prisoners who are completely innocent must serve out their entire sentence, with no meaningful way to challenge their unlawful conviction.

Why should anyone follow the law if even the innocent get punished?

If those prisoners really wanted to be set free they should have just outbid the prison Iindustrial complex and purchased their own SCOTUS Justices

Isn't that unconstitutional? I would think innocent people, being imprisoned falls somewhere under cruel and unusual punishment.

Isn't that what the GOP wants - cruel and unusual punishment for everyone except themselves and the uber rich?
Perhaps it's another GOP distraction?
I assume a lawsuit against this will be forthcoming.
