New review article surveyed replication studies (do it again, see if it works again) published between 2018-2019. The overall replication rate was 53.7%, but this varied markedly between fields:

Yes, pretty low. The authors did note:

"Low rates in psychology were driven by a single document reporting 37 studies that failed to report outcomes. When this document was removed, rates improved to 51.0% in this discipline.”
