Users making feature requests tend to describe the end user experience: "Just add a button that does X. Easy." Creating a button IS easy. Telling it what to do is hard. It's like telling an electrician all they have to do is put a lightswitch on the wall and expecting that alone to power the lamp.

I don't think anyone asking for features thinks it is easy. There are some key features missing that should have been there at launch. Waiting to launch until those key features were added may have been a better strategy. Only time will tell.

Oh yeah if I remember correctly, computer science teachers make their students make a flow chart of the simple task a human can do. it gets pretty involved.
