I would agree 100% with introducing a cup with breast milk in the middle of the first year of life, Nancy, as do the recommendations. Anyway, we are in agreement about maximizing breastmilk intake in infants and toddlers. The resources are just very helpful for those who’ve chosen to wean late in the first year or in the second year- tips that minimize long-standing battle habits that are harmful to health.
