Help me understand this. She filed a lawsuit on false pretenses? It was totally bogus? So how did she have “standing”? Isn’t this the very definition of a frivolous lawsuit?

They started with a fake premise, then built layers on top of it to obscure / legitimize the case.

The SC used to be a deliberative body that followed precedent and principles (equivalent to "do no harm"). Now they start with the conclusion (e.g. overturn roe), then work backwards. 🤯

It's disregarding evidence right before them. It's so unscientific. And I know the law isn't but they are currently going against the grain of rationality and reasoning. This will bite them in the back.
