I'm still processing the 9+ hour flight in light IFR conditions (with an instructor) from South Florida to Mississippi this past Friday.
But one huge takeaway is how damn useful an instrument rating is. Wouldn't have gotten home without the ability to fly through clouds. Time to study harder.
