Of course that's what I currently see in the settings. Hopefully it will change. I'm not using Spoutible as much as I thought I would, and this limited approach to cross-platform posting isn't helping.

Did you get the iOS Spoutible app? It was just released according to an email I recently read. I'm excited that Echoes and Splashbacks can be hidden. At least that's available in the Android version. 😉

Last I read stated that efforts continue to bring an iOS app to users. No specific reasons given, but I'm guessing Apple's App Store might be more difficult to get approval from vs the Google Play Store. The android app launched.

Seems like a drop in the bucket with a market cap in excess of $630B. It's the cost of doing business for them. It doesn't seem like they care much about regulations or user privacy. 😠

ANOTHER UPDATE: the COVID home test order at Walgreens was a bust. When I got there they had no record of the order and my 'order confirmed' printout was of no help. I plan to write to Walgreens corporate and perhaps my elected officials as this has been a mess since Day 1.

At one point news reports had him sleeping & showering at Twitter HQ! Technically, he's working from home. 🤣

I had success at Walgreens. Optum Store only had the BinaxNow travel kits w/TeleMed and CVS was an ordering nightmare. Thanks for the reminder! I wish the PHE wasn't ending and people understood the pandemic is not over and that masks still have a roll to play.

There's certainly more than enough competition. What I'm hearing about BlueSky is not good. It's not a 1:1 replacement for Twitter from when Dorsey was CEO. What I see is social media breaking up into ecosystems or niches. That doesn't necessarily encourage healthy discourse.

I'm with you there my friend. I'm donating $5 monthly, but if things don't speed up the tap gets shut off. This is still not a Twitter replacement or alternative until more popular mainstream accounts turn up. There also needs to be a place at the table for Pride48 should they choose to join.

It's behind schedule I guess. Originally slated for March, but recent email says network being enhanced for launch of mobile apps. I imagine they're expecting the platform membership to explode once the apps launch.

Doubting the "slow connection" as I'm at nearly 600 downlink & 20 uplink. The latter will result in a slow(er) upload, but even 20 should be sufficient for a spout. Posts to other platforms are unaffected including other spouts here. It's got to be the new users leaving the "SS Twittertanic".

I tried 2 spouts about FDA food recalls; each containing several hashtags and a linked URL. They fail each time. 😡

Like many recent American comedies, Ghosts is fashioned after a British original. That said, the US version appears a bit funnier. Perhaps it's the British humor that doesn't resonate with me. It happens. For me, it's the ghosts that makes the show.

It was good, but not the best B&J flavor I've ever had. PB Cup and Fudge Brownie are still better. 😋

Right after spouting this, I found that a HOTW Sequel - the long-awaited Part 2 - will air on Hulu beginning on March 6. If I had to guess, I would've figured this sequel would NEVER have been made, but here we are 40 years later.

No worries. Things have been slow for me too. I had 28 followers at one point with equal followbacks, but I've started unfollowing most due to excessive echoes cluttering my timeline. I'll reengage once the mobile apps arrive and hopefully the ability to mute or turn off echoes.

If Trump's chaotic and destructive presidency alone does make a case for a general set of skills and psychological stability to be President than nothing does. The litmus test for the Oval Office should be more than winning 270 electoral votes.

I'd wait and ask once the support page is up and running. Or if you can't wait, spout off to @cbouzy , @phil or send a general inquiry to @Spoutible . We supposedly can change our name, but IDK if that's our displayed name or our [@] handle - or both. Good luck.

As the document grows, assuming it does, perhaps consider adding a Table of Contents page with hyperlinks. Users can click the linked topic or associated page number to view more, or use the CTRL+F command to open a searchable FIND window in the PDF.
