I have read more than once that Tucker the character and Tucker the person are radically different people, and if you didn't know who he was and met him he'd seem like an okay guy. Wild

Capitalism is like Communism. It's perfect on paper, but once people get involved it falls apart because greed is a powerful motivator. We don't have capitalism any more than China has socialism.

Honestly, what you just said is the most Capitalist thing ever. Healthy people with disposable income buy things. Poor, sick, people don't. Everyone has an interest in basic needs. What you're describing is psychopathy, maybe sociopathy. One of em.

Totally not a lawyer, but didn't Congress pass and POTUS sign the Respect for Marriage Act in December? Public Law No: 117-228 is law, not opinion, so unless the S.C. finds the law unconstitutional, which, S.C. gonna S.C., Iowa can go fuck itself.

That's probably the flap on the dump truck banging shut after it dumps. I sat and watched it from the porch last summer because it sounded like you describe. I can't believe the noise that makes.

From what I have read they refocused the radars to find things on a smaller scale than a plane and they're finding them quicker. Scary to think how many went undetected prior to us knowing to look.

The Constitution is pretty clear on Members. Article 1 Section 2 for House Section 3 for Senate. Nothing about a vetting process. Having one in place for committee assignments would be wise. If that's what you're talking about then yes, absolutely needed. For purposes of election though, no.

I might be wrong, but I think you need more than a simple majority to oust a member. They wouldn't get any votes from the coward caucus though so it's moot.
