He was shocked to meet health workers who cared enough to visit him on the streets.

I once received a food delivery order that was meant for someone else. I did not shoot the delivery driver. I just let him know the delivery was not for me. Then he picked it back up, thanked me, and took it to my neighbor, who also did not shoot him. crazy.
