Go Big or Go Home.
We go through a LOT of #hariov60 filters at CoffeeGeek. Testing equipment. Reviewing coffees. Side by side evaluations. When it's time to restock the supply cabinet, we order them by the thousand. A bit cheaper that way too, at about $0.05 per filter.

A bit more on #siphoncoffee . One of the reasons why I love siphon so much is that it can be brewed nearly anywhere. I made some on the back deck this afternoon, as an example.

I am addicted to siphon coffee makers. I own around 75 of them. The latest I just bought from Japan, a new model from #Hario called the Electric Siphon Coffee Maker, ECA-3B. Arrives next week.

I can still (barely) pour latte art. I find it's a skill that definitely degrades if you don't practice it daily. I used to be able to bang out hearts and rosettas no problem. Now, it's a challenge.

The new #aeropress Clear has arrived. Made from a new type of very food safe and durable plastic called "Tritan", not to be confused with Schott's titanium laced Tritan glassware. Initial thoughts and better photos coming soon.

So... I've been sent a lot of "interesting" products for coffee over the years - this may have been one of the worst (back in 2015). A silicone thingie with mesh centre: you brew coffee in a carafe, then pour everything onto this to flow thru to a cup. What a mess.

I'm getting more excited about this than I should be. A new #aeropress "Premium" model is about to drop, made from glass (!!!), aluminum and steel. I'm both scared to use one, and intrigued and exuberant about it. We're getting one soon at CoffeeGeek to test and write about.
