I think the next thing Elon will do will be to either disable blocking ability entirely, or say you can block a maximum of 100 accounts, or something like that.

That's a big dose for the AeroPress, IMO. Do you use the inverted brew method? I push a heavy dose at 21g for the method we have on CG; normal methods I do 18g. Here's the method published:

Spurs fan, also I am a season ticket holder on Vancouver Island for Pacific FC, one of the teams in the five year old Canadian Premier League. Also massive supporter of CanWNT and CanMNT, and sometimes-supporter of Vancouver Whitecaps.

The contact time means the caffeine extraction rate sits somewhere between espresso (around 75-80% caffeine extracted) and auto drip (about 95% extracted). If 2% of the roasted coffee is caffeine, that means 35g coffee = 595mg caffeine extracted for 750ml brewed. 750ml Coca Cola = 100mg.

If she really wants to be a prepper, buy green (unroasted) coffee in bulk, store it vacsealed in the freezer, and roast your own coffee :) It can even be done with a popcorn popper!

Mate, I'd love to do what I can to support as well. Want to consider possible writeups and reviews of Black owned businesses in specialty coffee? I'd be happy to publish them on CoffeeGeek. Let's chat!

Very cool! Do you know that the "father of specialty coffee" on the east coast, and also the fellow who started Cup of Excellence (google that - it's the "olympics of coffee"), George Howell, also spent many days at that same shop in the early 1970s when he was at Berkeley!

Nice! What grinders do you have? It's often a struggle to convince people that a grinder is a necessary and crucial part to great coffee at home (they buy pre-ground); so when I hear someone has TWO grinders, that's pretty awesome!
