1. Generate business losses that can be tax deductible for years or
2. Use blue checks as a money laundering scheme

No idea. I went for an annual physical recently, and before seeing the doctor I was told by the office staff not to bring up any conditions/issues or my insurance would charge me for a diagnostic visit instead of the "free" physical. (Of course, not free - my monthly charge for the policy is hefty.)
