Today is not my favorite day. My mother passed away when I was 29. Connie passed away seven years ago.
My 97 year old MIL broke her hip 3 days ago.
She did this 8 years ago at our home. Recovered like a youth.
She's had surgery and was at PT when I called.
What a legend.

Shout out to my hybrid CRV that is providing me marginal internet service while the tornado damage is repaired.
It provides a much better connection than my phone Hotspot.
It sits there quietly in the garage and runs for 30 seconds or so every 10-15 minutes to keep the battery charged.

They got one decent picture of me on my 1st attempt at racing in a few years. It was a 'gravel' race but I was so happy I took my 15 year old MTB race bike. The miles long descents would have been miserable on the rigid gravel rig. It reminded me of a super long XC races from the early 90's.
