I’m not convinced he thought Putin was coming for him. The narrative overlooks Pergozhinn was targeting Putin’s advisors, seeming to set himself up as the right hand, *not* head of state. Everything seemed to indicate Putin was installing him as head of Belarus, in light of Lukashenko’s poor health

The magical hot, thick AND crispy all the way through without being burned! Clean, please. No chili, gravy, malt vinegar, mayonnaise, or ketchup in sight. Just a dash of salt.

If we gotta get fancy, a chocolate frosty from Wendys to dip into, but that’s a special occasion

Does “Sleepy Joe” count for the “Aging Joe Biden” slot? I’m ok either way, just looking for a rule call before things get rolling

There are other ways, of course, but is the most elegant solution. One that doesn’t require amending the US Constitution. It maintains the 2 Seat per State bulwark against “Tyranny of the Majority.” It updates the Electoral College & comes closer to the “One Person, One Vote” ideal we strive for

Yes, but the point of failure still exists, and can easily be fixed. Until Congress replaces the Apportionment Act of 1929 with legislation that sets the number of Reps per state at no less than 1/300k residents, the system can be gamed. #UncapTheHouse

Not a fan, but green ones in rice pudding rehydrate a little bit, and were the closest I came to boba balls as a kid

Despite SCOTUS ruling, Biden is canceling loans to students who have been swindled by colleges that don’t measure up. Maybe for Florida students, Dept of Ed can preemptively issue grants if they go out of state to escape this mess 🤦‍♂️

Sadly, I keep hoping for lower cost 5k displays to compliment my 27” iMac from 2015. glad to see refresh improvements, it’s hard going back to poorer resolutions on larger screens for premium prices

It’s only the 3rd of August, we could still see a nice round 4-out-of-4 before September. Come on Fani Willis! All eyes on Georgia 👀 #FaniWillis

Oh man, you found the rare Alt-Right Twix bar! Even a left Twix bar won’t balance it out. You gotta get yourself some antifa candy, stat!
