If Prigozhin is able to get his message out to a wider Russian audience, he could find himself with more support, because they’re are 100,000s of relatives of soldiers who died in Ukraine. His message is that the war was a mistake, which could resonate. Time will tell.

A 3-judge panel of the 5th Circuit gave a partial win to the DOJ appeal of Kacsmaryk’s nationwide ban of mifepristone. Their decision allows it to be dispensed but only via in person visits with a physician and only up to 7 weeks, instead of the current 10. DOJ will likely appeal to SCOTUS.
