Harlan Crow bought Clarence Thomas’ childhood home for $133,363 and Thomas never disclosed it. Thomas’ mother still lives at the residence to this day! Crow has spent tens of thousands of dollars on renovations on the property.

Quick thoughts: propulsive and overwhelming to the senses. It fills you with immense horror and dread. In many ways, it was a one-man show, and what a show Murphy put on. But every (brilliant) actor got his or her moment to shine.

I’ve started an ad hoc book club to read David Copperfield and its modern (Pulitzer Prize winning) retelling Demon Copperhead.
I know a lot of people have distaste for Dickens, probably stemming from forced reading in high school, but I’m finding this novel touching and engrossing. #BookSpout
