After jury is dismissed, Judge Merchan is holding a discussion with attorneys about Trump team witness(es) and testimony. Trump team wants to bring in some expert witness Brad Smith to tell jurors that what Trump did was not a federal election crime (David Pecker/National Enquirer coordination etc)
