For the past couple of years, I’ve done #NoMowMay and it’s meant that the Bee Orchids I didn’t realise were lurking in my front lawn have had chance to seed and consequently flourish. Over a dozen separate plants last year. A beautiful bonus for me and the bees. #SavetheBees #BeautyInSmallThings

Eldest kid got their new #wheelchair today. It’s soooo light & manoeuvrable! It means their limited energy goes into propelling themself rather than the weight of the chair. Another bit of progress to add to independence and quality of life as a #disabled young adult.

So I’ve now discovered that it’s not just #HotFlushes that are #menopause symptoms but also #ColdFlushes too. That would explain why I feel like ice is coursing through my veins several times a day! Stable on #HRT for 2 years then a new wave of #perimenopause features appear.
