That definitely has to happen along with increased funding for addictions services…i believe a lot of the increase in crime is coming from gangs and others who know they can get away with stealing, carjacking sexual crimes etc. Having worked with the homeless most were petty crimes. some were not.

I've seen this article several times now. I just want to make it known that this happens in this country too. In droves the LGBTQ community leaves the places we grew up in the USA to move to places where we are accepted like DC, NYC, LA, San Fran, San Diego, Miami, etc or the closest city to them.
