Today's witness is Jeff McConney who was number 2 accountant at Trump businesses, worked for twice-imprisoned and confessed multiple grand larcenist Allen Weisselberg. McConney has a plea bargain deal. Today will be about the crooked accounts to hide this crime

DA team played cunning gamble on Jeff McConney testimony. DA did NOT ask McConney about being kept in the dark, in the first session ('direct' questioning). It was the most damaging testimony. They left it for 'redirect'. And DA gambled, Trump team will 'cross-examine' Jeff, which leads to redirect
