I'm struck by how ubiquitous the nature of the "selfie" has become. It seems the prevailing attitude is that it's appropriate in all environments in all circumstances. I'm not a cranky old person & I normally embrace change, but I admit I miss decorum as a social norm.

Sigh. There was no misinformation. Yesterday it was reported that changes in guidelines were being considered. The reporter isn't unknown, she's WaPo's Lena Sun & I provided you w her basis for her reporting. That led to clarification by the CDC today. And here's more clarification from The Guardian
