I'm hopeful he is convicted, but I am still pretty terrified of how November plays out. I am seriouslu considering leaving social media starting in September when it really ramps up. My mental health can't take much more of the media helping him!

The media is still pretending Trump is a normal presidential candidate. Trump could very well be convicted in a few weeks, and the GOP doesn't have a plan B.

On the way home from a 10 day vacation to FL. It seems to have really helped my stress levels as my muscle twitching has severely gone down. I feel more relaxed, but I know it won't last when I return to work Monday. 😕

Visited two doctors this past week and they think I'm just too stressed. That's somewhat relieving, but so far I think I'm having long COVID since this started shortly after. No muscle weakness so I am keeping calm as best I can, but still twitching. Vacation coming up should hopefully help destress

Feeling a little calmer today. Found a support group for benign muscle twitching that had a lot of good information that has walked me off the doomsday bridge for now. Still planning to visit my doctor this week and try and get some more peace of mind (hopefully).

This week REALLY sucks. I am feeling very depressed and anxious. First we learn a family member has cancer (but early stage at least), then my personal health is taking a turn with muscle twitching and I'm deathly afraid i may have something serious, then today Iran attacks Israel! I am struggling.

Yay.. tested positive for COVID-19, caught it at my father in law's retirement party.. apparently he couldn't wait until summer where this event could have been outside. 😷😔. Just had it memorial day, so second time in 9 months. Fully vaccinated too. 😔.
So far it's not nearly as bad though.
