Silent migraine time. A good representation, but it can't capture the vibration that goes with it. I used to get real migraines regularly then at age 45 they just stopped cold. Don't know why, but I'll take it. 20 minutes of sitting quietly with no pain while it passes beats real migraines.

Took a hard fall almost a year ago and screwed up my shoulder. Finally went to the PT yesterday. Shoulder impingement and torn rotator cuff. Not using it much for a year has resulted in a "frozen shoulder." I will learn nothing from this about not letting things go. I am determined to get it back.
