Took a hard fall almost a year ago and screwed up my shoulder. Finally went to the PT yesterday. Shoulder impingement and torn rotator cuff. Not using it much for a year has resulted in a "frozen shoulder." I will learn nothing from this about not letting things go. I am determined to get it back.

SIL had frozen shoulder. It took lots of PT, some meds and time to heal. Good luck with your journey to recovery.

Thanks. I will do what it takes. No matter the pain though, the worst part of this is having to admit to my wife, who has been bugging me for a year to get it checked out, that she was 100% right.

Pain. So much pain. I deserve it. It's ominous when the PT gives me 6 exercises to do at home and 5 hurt like hell and he says, "No matter how much it hurts, none of these exercises will cause any damage, only help."
