📣 HEY EVERYONE LOOKING FOR THEIR TWITTER FOLLOWS:

I know there isn't a tool like Debirdify or Movetodon for Spoutible (in fact, they don't even work for Mastodon anymore now that Musk has killed the API), but there *IS* a new tool which does pretty much the same thing!

Watching Succession to prepare for the new season.
It’s unusual to be so engaged in a show with so many despicable characters. ALL despicable characters.

Spoutible is trending on Twitter, folks! I think word is traveling fast that this site could be the heir apparent.

It has definitely lost that lovin' feeling! Used to be exciting to connect with people with similar interests &d keep track of up-to-the-minute happenings in the world with others paying attention in the same "place" at the same time. Now, people are just waiting to pounce & troll. Enter, Spoutible.

Am I the only one legitimately mourning Twitter? I mean, it was such a large part of my social and professional journey online. To see it fall apart, lose contact with reality, and turn into an enterprise valuing revenue above all else, at the expense of truth and civility, is genuinely depressing.

I have to say, @cbouzy , allowing the transfer of legacy verification to Spoutible, just as it's being abandoned by Twitter, was a freaking BRILLIANT move. Seriously. Well done. We're all over here with our blue checks like

I wish they’d handle it kinda like Reddit. Require nudity be marked as NSFW and offer NSFW filters for those who don’t wish to see it.

If the site can have ACTUAL verified users in place, then I think this could be a wonderful place for #sexworkers and other sex positive vibes.

The reason Tumblr killed it was cause of people using the site for nefarious reasons, so if there's safety in place, I would hope it wouldn't be an issu

Very curious how @Spoutible will handle #sexpositive issues, #nudity , and #sexeducation topics that past social medias have been too puritanical to be able to handle with any degree of maturity. An opportunity for information to exist in a mature way. Movements like #FreeTheNipple as an example.
