Eight weeks of daily headaches (#migraines until proven otherwise.) They're driving me bonkers. Hoping my neurologist calls tomorrow to schedule my MRI and the #Topamax starts doing its job this week.

Anybody got good coping strategies? I'm feeling like a hermit sitting in the dark so much.

Dropped my Pixel 7 Pro (RIP) outside on the patio pavers while watering my garden. Shout out to #Google for syncing my calendar so I don't show up 30 min late to neurology on Wednesday. The headaches have to go!

No cracks but my screen is dark with random green flashes.

And after a consultation with my gardening expert and yelling, stop getting taller at them, I thinned out the extra stems (sorry, plants!) so there are now four plants per quadrant instead of 6-8, except the cucumbers. They seem very happy in their back quadrant so I left them be.

These have grown another foot since I took this picture. Four plants per 1.5'x1.5' section. Can I take the middle plants out without killing them or do I risk killing their neighbors? Should I just sacrifice the innermost plants so the rest can spread out?

#migraine folks, is the "my scalp is on fire" normal? Super ouchy & hypersensitive today. I have my first neuro visit in two more weeks so maybe they can tell me what the daily headaches and the scalp fun is and how to stop it. The random stabbing must go too.

So frustrated! Saw a very sweet lady I know I've known in passing for half my life through my dad's church and she hugged me.

Can I remember her name? No. And I feel bad about it. I'm awful with names. Everybody should go around with nametags on all the time. So awkward!

Ugh. Went to sleep early last night (well, for me.) Could not fall asleep. Woke up to my eyelid twitching, which continued off and on for eight freaking hours. Eyelid twitching is not a fair trade for less of a headache today.

The little weirdo in my profile pic has decided that barking at the back door until someone comes to let her in is best, even at midnight. Pretty sure she learned it from our late lab and started doing it because I forgot her a couple times outside (sorry Lexi.) Effective though.

I start my seedlings inside. I never remember to label them though so it's always a surprise when they start producing fruits or veggies. Cucumbers are pretty obvious from their leaves and so are watermelons. Tomatoes and peppers are kind of iffy to ID for me.

My second free motion quilt is going well today. After a failed attempt at using my ruler foot last week, that ended with me threatening to set my other quilt-in-progress on fire and giving up, I'm a happy quilter. (And the ocean quilt is safe and nearly finished.)

Pretty sure I have a #migraine . Definitely sure it's ruining my work day. Is this what I get for #gardening with #allergies without wearing a mask? I swear I wasn't out there that long! (And last time it happened was the day after washing the car on a high pollen day.)

Forgot to put the fencing back around my raised bed (currently holding one petunia plant and a lot of soil.) Lexi's the reason for the fence. She and my late husky carefully uprooted all my herbs when I first started the bed. Will my petunia be there tomorrow when I go out? Stay tuned! #gardening

Finding looking for flights for a trip later this year to be a frustrating endeavor. Would it really be that hard to show baggage fees along with the flight cost? Does me no good to save money on the flight if they're going to make up for it on the baggage fees!

Just gonna say it. If you have #pollen allergies, skip washing your car yourself. Pay for the car wash.
Washed mine yesterday. Allergies on overdrive today. Super not worth saving $20 (and my car vacuum let me down.)

Been alternating sniffly and congested for days. The heck? That's what I take allergy shots for! Cetirizine's not doing much. Well, it's peak tree pollen season (#2 in severity for me) and my bedroom air purifier filter is caked with dust. DUH! Filters are ordered. #pollenseason #allergies

I've been working on learning #freemotionquilting this week. So far, I've learned to slow my hands down and that I can't stay on the lines if my life depended on it. That will be stage two. LOL.
