I was once a huge defender of the media, and then 2015 happened. I realized, print and tv media were basing their stories on "TMZ" type behavior. Also, free speech isn't free if you're only reporting what the owner's viewpoints are. I don't want opinions, just report the news, period.

I was glued to the news all through the idiot's presidential term and I realized staying informed didn't change the outcome of anything. I did develop stress and anxiety though. When Biden became president I stopped tuning in and the panic attacks ceased and I've been much more at ease.
