Jack Smith told us in his court filings his 3rd indictment of Trump is ready. My take is, he is waiting for SCOTUS to rule on the immunity before he indicts Trump for his next case. He may have more than 1 indictment, Jack Smith 4 may also be ready to roll. Those likely come VERY soon after SCOTUS

SCOTUS will rule that Presidents do not get criminal immunity to assassinate Americans. I hope this ruling comes soon, then Jan 6th trial (DC, Jack Smith 2) can return to schedule. They could go to trial in some weeks after SCOTUS has ruled (maybe 6 weeks, so this summer)
