Thanks for the timely information and for taking ownership. I verified two-factor authentication is on and had my password safe generate a new password to be safe.

I think the Conservatives who crossed lines last election are probably not impressed with the Republican fiasco so far.

Biden is doing what he can to deal with prices and that’s his main obstacle.

Coincidentally (?), a major SaaS provider of ours has been down all day.

A guy named Ed Zitron wrote a good opinion piece on Substack called “Elon Musk, Innovator”. He explains some of the financials making Elon evermore desperate.

It’s definitely state coordinated. But I can’t tell if the “creatives”, ie the ones creating the disinformation, are state employed or contractors. In either case, X is the vector for attack.

Sad day. He did some brilliant, moving work on that show.

Don’t forget that President Biden fell off a bike while exercising. Can the Orange Wonder even ride a bike?

Thanks for the reminder. I just gave the rating.

So far my experience is that the app is very snappy: no lag time. Good job.

My son is ecstatic. He’s going from one to the other on opening today. He’s talked about it incessantly for weeks.

I can ask him the next time we email. I changed organizations but we communicate regularly.

The management thought of “if he produces X units in 25 hours then he can produce 1.4 times X in 40” is precisely where Frederick Taylor went wrong. He made many assumptions in his study.

The US would be better off with a legitimate, Conservative-leaning news agency. While I’m Liberal, I like balance and hearing what’s happening outside my bubble. But it has to discuss issues rather than pandering to base instincts. If FN can rehabilitate itself, so be it.

Anecdotally, I dropped to 25 hours from 35 while in grad school. My manager pointed out after 6 months that my workload never decreased. The noticeable difference for me was that I was more focused and enjoyed going in at 25 hours. I had a sense of contribution while having my life better balanced.

Articles I read over the past decade point to a cognitive decline in cognitive fields right around 32 hours in a week. For physical labor, it’s higher.

After 32, you see more mistakes occurring and poorer decision making.
