I wouldn't read too much into it. The distinction between pornographic and artistic content is highly subjective. It has been a topic of debate on all social media and in society. I'd recommend looking at what other sites have in their ToS, and make it clear what the red lines are here.

I agree with holding onto your account and making it hard for someone else to claim. I don't care about preserving my Tweets so I use https://semiphemeral.com/ to remove them. At this point I only keep 5 days worth of activity on the bird app.

On the "searchable" line for Twitter you should qualify that "yes" with a "but it's really bad". I get much better results using Google's search to find old Tweets I'm looking for that with Twitter's built-in search.

There aren't really any good alternatives to Starlink in operation at the moment. Given SpaceX's recently announced Starshield service (a militarized solution that uses the Starlink), I think the restrictions on Starlink are simply a ploy to extort the US DoD and other governments for more $$$

This story is being overhyped. I do really wish there was an alternative to Starlink, but Kymeta's solutions don't even come close. Their uplink speeds are 2Mb/s, downlink are 5Mb/s compared to Starlink's 20-100Mb/s for standard internet customers (and twice that for business customers.)

I'm not sure this is a good idea. There may be situations where the government either may not know definitively, or they may not want to publicly announcement anything about it. There's intelligence value in not letting your adversaries know what you know about them.

The Democrats don't have anything close to the level of clownery present in the GOP, which I'm sure made her job a tiny bit easier. (She did still have to deal with the GOP clowns of course.)

That's still a very ambitious timeline. I was imagining something like a March 1st date for opening Spoutible to the general public, and then move forward the date if things were looking ship-shape. As the saying goes, though: luck favors the bold. 🤞🏻

Or, better still, do you have something like a one page overview/pitch of what Spoutible's design and company philosophy does to address all the failings and abuses of Twitter. (Ok. I know that might require more than one page to cover. 😂)
