The best episode this season! I see a career on TV or movies for Kelce when he gets done with football. He is genuinely funny.

I didn't take offense at all, & I apologize for my lack of clarity in 300 characters. When I was a child my parents were poor, really poor. My parents were too proud to accept charity. We hunted for food, as many times this was what we had to eat. Guns meant survival to me in the 60s and 70s.

I wish I had the luxury of being just a gun owner. I'm all for a well regulated militia. I had my conceal and carry permit for 10 yrs before I gave it up to get a medical cannabis permit. I live in a very red area, and have been an assault victim. I was only assaulted once...

I really don't remember who the leaders were. I was 17, not old enough to vote, and politics wasn't even on my radar. Carter was POTUS, and the GOP hated him. I read a magazine article (TIME?) in school about the moves the NRA made and my activism life began...

I'm a 2nd Amendment Democrat. I've owned guns for over 50 yrs. I hunted, a lot. My grandfather gave me a lifetime NRA membership in 1973. I renounced my membership in 1978 after the moves the NRA made in '77. They switched from a gun safety education/responsible gun ownership to gunmaker lobby.

So far Hasan is my pick for the new host of TDS. I loved his show Patriot Act, and I'm positive he has what it takes to do a great job.

I'm here for the conversations as well. Interacting with good people people outside my demographic makes me smarter, kinder, and more aware. I'm ambidextrous, but lean hard to the left politically. I'm an old dog in a human body...loyal, kind, and grouchy if you poke the sleeping dog.

I hope it is affordable for people on fixed incomes. The last of my government tests expire in the next few months, and I would like to have a couple of these.

I'm not an economist, but to my mind being a member of the EU would be financially lucrative. I imagine if all 50 US states were separate countries. Some would be wealthy, some would be poor, but individually most would be worse financially. For this we live with the dregs of humanity...

As an American with a rudimentary knowledge of Brexit, were all of these issue precipitated by the desire to close the borders? Keeping out the undesirable people of the EU?

I'm happy to hear that my wife and aren't the only people who are being careful. We live in a very red area that never shut down, while masking, handwashing, and vaccinations never caught on. Except with the few enlightened who embrace science. Stay well!

My wife and I haven't been infected yet, but we limit contact with the outside world, including family, and mask 100% of the time. We raise chickens so handwashing/sanitizer is reflex. We are current on all vaccinations and boosters. My family is fine in spite of infections. Take care yourself!

I live in rural SW MO, and have all of my life. The best we hope for here is a tolerant Catholic or Unitarian that accepts everyone, regardless beliefs. I'm an ordained Atheist minister, who had Catholicism forced on me. I'm still in the religious closet to most of my family.

You have great answers here. I was a single father to my oldest daughter, she's now 39. She appreciated that I taught her how to fix things, ie, change a tire, identify and repair household electrical problems, etc. She hated learning this as a teen, but appreciates that knowledge now, as an adult.
