It's not a CAT!
It is a Genet, and it lives in the lobby/dining area of Ndutu Safari Lodge on the Serengeti. Sometimes they would appear like this... on the rafters above our heads, where they would quietly sit and watch us.

I was out shooting yesterday at Milton BMX (Milton, Ontario, Canada)... had a great time on a beautiful sunny spring day. First time shooting BMX with my new Sony RX10. Struggled a bit at first as I get used to this camera, but I was fairly comfortable by racetime.

Lioness in a tree!
She'd killed a wildebeest and was in the tree scouting the area... and was just coming down as we arrived here. I only got a couple frames before she headed back to her meal.

Out at the BMX track yesterday morning... First shoot with my new Sony camera (change is hard!) and it was challenging conditions too (cold, windy, and raining).
The goal was to get some rainout photos from the track to use this summer... I think they came out fun!
