So disheartening. Only 17% of eligible voters in my county turned their ballots in. Our state couldn’t have made voting any easier. All our ballots are mailed to us. You fill it out and post them back (or drop it off, whichever’s easier) #SuperTuesday2024

We did it! Found ourselves a little bean. She was rescued from the streets in the summer and we stumbled on her. Couldn't decide between Pepper or Piper. Had to change her name cause they had named her my auntie's name so 🤷♀️ Here's Piper, about a year old, a terrier mix and weighs about 9lbs

Adopting a dog is so strenuous! Good lord the hoops you have to jump through for rescues. I get why they ask all the questions but I also get why people give up and go through sketchier means or go the route of breeders.

I really need to stop looking at pet finder. There are so many beautiful 🐶🐶 on there. We’re so not in the right place to adopt a dog (ok, 2, otherwise they’d be lonely). I saw one that I’ve fallen in love with. No doubt he’ll go to a good home but sigh, I wish it was our home
