Well, I still check in on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit.

I have Mastadon but haven't logged on. It never felt the same. I'm most active on Spoutible even if I'm only lurking.

Shame someone for using other platforms, nope. But people shouldn't feel shamed for still using Spoutible.

Thank you!

I'm surprised I have any lilacs this year after the new landscaping company (HOA provided) trims the plants down at the wrong times. I should have so many more blossoms.

Oddly, only a few counties in Ohio have inspections. Most of the time, DL are every four years with only 1 time to renew on-line making an appearance every 8 years. Car registration is usually every year. I think Ohio might have made these changes during the pandemic.

My Ohio DL is 8 years, so I have 6 left. I can now do the car registration on-line. I hope I can select my years when I do that. In person, you can choose how many years you renew so if you're not tight on money. One car renews this year, the other one, 2 more years.

It's mostly the extra money. Are we to believe that we're given a more in-depth background check?

To have a US Passport, a SSN was provided. That didn't work. I had that available along with the passport card as I renewed during Covid. Didn't want to mess with the DMV at that time, renewed online.

In Ohio, I needed my social security card but also, it cost more for that gold star, at least in Illinois.

We moved and I had to tear apart boxes looking for my SS card to get my license, which I needed to renew expiring car tags.

Exactly. Look at all the free press. Never mind how much it'll cost to reprint that book.

Wow. That person sure has some entitlement issues and upset with the rules. I wonder how much longer that account will last. It's one big hatefest.

Also, wondering about the people following it. Seriously?

This time, I had to reset a breaker as my electric fireplace came on and froze.

Why do they do this? It really does seem to happen at least once a month. I've got battery backups on my desktop and internet routers because of these surges. Waiting for my mini fridge to burn out again.

As much as I love a manual transmission, my body aches tell me this automatic is just fine. I had a stick shift mini back in the early 2000s. This car feels huge compared to it, so his name is Moose.

With music, I try to keep up with new music although music of the past can be comforting. I like music that's new to me and resonates in some way.
