Love the garden setup. I’ve been reading up but didn’t get around to building/planning/planting this year. Awesome pic

Lol great phrase “let’s scale all Ads!” Yep that’s exactly what happens if you only use the platform. 🙌

Legit a good feature.

People who want to build an audience here will love the feature and ultimately create more content in this platform, #marketing

Hey (Spoutible still a little buggy for me) yes! I agree totally, messaging is so important. With long sales cycles you don't get that immediate feedback you get in B2C/DTC marketing. A great place we like to look is at closed own business. Why do customers say they bought from you?

Super true! You don’t need to be original EVERY time. 1. Only a small % probably saw your content. 2. There’s value in re-working ideas it might take a few iterations before people really get it. Good call out 👍

This his where I live. I hope people show up for it. It’s actually been pretty quiet in terms of attach ads. I’m betting I’ll start seeing more in March.

Hey Maureen, happy to see other B2B peeps in here. I’m keeping an eye out for others. But we may be the only ones right now 😂 (look at us, couple of early adopters haha)

And those are 5 things I would do right now to do more with less.

If you liked this, let me know.

I'm thinking I'm going to try talking about my job more and helping people learn about what I do and maybe help their own companies. 😀

5. Create systems to make your organic acquisitions hum.

Doing more of X is a great answer. But if your effort=your output, you're capped by time.

You need a system that accelerates the creation and amplification of your effort....

4. Partnerships

If you haven't looked into this option before, do so now.

A great partner can vouch for you with their audience and can quickly get you into the consideration set of prospects and buyers.

If you're good at building relationships, this is a good choice....

3. Focus on the demand creation channels that are working for your company.

That could be: social media like TikTok, LinkedIn, events, webinars, etc.

Now's the time to spend 90% of your demand creation budget on proven channels and save the 10% for single experiments...

2. Cut demand capture channels like Google Ads based on LTV/CAC payback (depending on industry, SaaS should use payback)

If you've built the ads in an intentional way, this is pretty straightforward. If not, it can get dicey!

Keep/cut campaigns based on closed won revenue, NOT number of leads.

1. Complete a revenue performance analysis on your program using hybrid attribution form lead to closed won revenue.

Hybrid attribution = using analytics and self-reported.

If you skip self-reported you can lose valuable information on what marketing CREATES demand for your service...
