I made another quilt out of my scraps! Making it was a fun mix of paying close #attention to some details (use of red in the center of each quilt block, for example) and not minding how the rest of it worked out (e.g., letting the other colors go wherever). #DailyPictureTheme @DailyPictureTheme

Took a while for this pup to transition to his new larger bed. For a couple of weeks, he would sprawl on (or #curl up into) this smaller bed. Then, he decided to move to the bigger bed.

I visited the Hopewell Rocks at the Bay of Fundy (New Brunswick, Canada) last summer during low tide! We walked among these dark heaps of sea weed, which were lying flat without water to float their long tendrils. At high tide, water can be 50 feet deeper! #weed #DailyPictureTheme @DailyPictureTheme

After every piece of fabric I sew in a quilt, I #press the seam. I made this for my 12-yr-old, out of years and years of scraps.
