Well damn. I made it almost 4 years but roommate’s work travel broke our streak. The covid has finally got us. So far I’m just v tired and sooooo cold. Roommate has lost taste/smell. Fingers crossed it all stays mild.

I was recently diagnosed with moderate sleep apnea and honestly KNOWING how frequently I stop breathing in my sleep is making me anxious ABOUT my breathing in my sleep, making it harder to sleep.
I'm so scared of the CPAP machine but, at this point, it might be a relief.

My sleep study results came back with the number of times I stop breathing in an hours at 18 (!!) and an average oxygen of 88% (lowest being 73%) so I guess that means I gotta do SOMETHING!

The thing i really enjoy about the show Staged is that, while so much TV/movies pretended that COVID didn't exist, Staged fully embraces it and that makes it SOOOOO relatable. Zoom troubles. Boredom. Homeschooling. etc. It's really funny. (plus the DT/MS duo is perfection always)

Today, I had a surprise wisdom tooth extraction. The tooth was in such a bad spot that even dentists couldn’t clean it well and it had decayed to the point that my water pick blasted a ton of rot-softened tooth just right out of my face. 4 days of pain. Gonna go die now.
