Until now I did not know how fortunate we were that it only took 2 yrs 4 mos. for a guilty plea from the DUI Meth woman who killed my brother. She had been arrested multiple times before, and injured one person. Still, she wanted to go to rehab instead of prison. Felony due to prior history, 10 yrs.

Zero tolerance; it’s ruined for me. The ones that bother me most are active abusers (and their brazen enablers and defenders). Physical abuse, CSA, abuse of minorities and the vulnerable: Roman Polanski, Woody Allen, Chris Brown, JK Rowling, Some I never liked; some I enjoyed until it was known.

I have this bizarre fascination with watching the bird app crash and burn. Some say they are riding it all the way down into the ground. Not sure I will watch that long. With the iPad layout fixed, I will be here more now as the text and action buttons are no longer cut off on the right side.

The first few books were funny, because it did poke fun at what really happens in big cube farms where tech folks are just cogs in a machine with poor management. Then it started getting old, and as happens sometimes, his personality started showing in public. That killed it for me.

It's an unfortunate truth that it's not hard at all to find large numbers of women who have been sexually assaulted and abused, both as adults and as children.

I've seen worse. I've seen a surprising number of people bragging about having "incognito" or "alternate" accounts here on Spoutible, playing double agent, chatting with the worst four. I've even seen others hoping for "Bouzy's ruin". This can't come as a surprise, but it is very disappointing.

No one likes to be harassed. Make a request for change, and give it time. Send a DM if it's sensitive. He's never banned me for that. No one is here 24/7 and his family deserves their time. Since Nov. he has changed decisions when reasonable to do so, even loosening the policy from initial votes.

A mute is my most wanted new feature, with all the options: a spout, a thread, a person, and a word or phrase. I hadn't thought about muting everyone in a thread. Someone is usually fighting the good fight, and fights haven't been common here. On Twitter, for sure it would have been very nice.

Thanks, Kace. I've felt uncomfortable watching this escalate, as I thought it has been a long fight to recognize LGBTQ+ as fully realized people the same as any others, more than just sex. I felt uncomfortable even asking if I had imagined that, given some of the replies.

It's interesting you consider yourself a customer. I may be when he introduces a premium package, not yet. If he had advertisers, we would be the opportunity he's offering them. I am a participant. I don't see myself as a customer, because I have not purchased any product or service.

He talked about that in Spaces on Feb 4. There are automated tools that catch most. If it catches something inappropriately (not porn), it can be appealed and then released for viewing. If it misses something, it will get reported by the community, and dealt with accordingly.
