Only in America is it common to come home from doing something normal, just to see a headline that a bunch of people somewhere else in the country were shot doing the same or similar very normal thing. Like it's just some sick roll of the dice at this point who is at the wrong very normal place.

So explain to me, how is it not the guns? This has gone past shock value because of its very regularity, and that is so wrong, that it has become "just another day in America" :(

I'm sorry. What's sadly ironic about what my post is I was thinking of a block party shooting. - which I don't think this was - but we just had one here this weekend. These stories are so common *everywhere* they immediately run together. It shouldn't be that way.
