AND after you go through the menu, you are put on hold for 20 minutes, and then get disconnected 😡🤬😡🤬

As they go through the initial menu, selection, I have tried pressing "0". More often than not, it will take you to a representative or a company operator where you can be directed to a representative without having to jump through hoops. This is not 100% guaranteed but it works most of the time.

Having settled two family estates within the past five years, I can absolutely cosign this - almost every single account I had to call on had some kind of automated phone tree. Half the time, it was just to get an email address to send documents, but I had to go through levels like peeling an onion.
